Kindly Check the Motorcycle at the time of delivery if you find it in a condition which is not fit for the riding or it is not in a proper condition report us then and there only No claims about the condition of the bike will be entertained after the handover..

Late Policy: –

We charge 10% of day rent for each hour for all bikes as late return penalty. A 60 minute
buffer may be provided at LetsRyde discretion. If you suspect that you will be late, please call ahead and extend your reservation to avoid the penalty. We will not be able to extend if there’s another confirmed reservation for the period.

Cancellation Policy :-

No cancellation charges applicable if you cancel 10 days prior to delivery date, 10%
of booking amount will be deducted if cancelled 7 days prior to delivery date, 30% of booking amount will be deducted if cancelled between 7 days to 4 days to delivery date, 50% of booking amount will be deducted if cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date and 70% of booking amount will be deducted in case of cancellation done between 48 hours to 24 hours and no refund in case of no show.

Damage Policy: –

All the damages will be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy:-

Refund Within 48 hours, if there is no damage in the bike.
