Payment process

Delivery & Pickup charges have to be paid online while placing an order which is very minimal.The pickup and drop off location needs to be specified at the time of booking. No request for change of location would be entertained at a later stage. Additional charges of Rs. 500 in case of change in drop off location. No rent refund would be issued for cancelation due to delivery address change request.

Refundable Security deposit have to be paid in the form of block cash through Credit / Debit Card from where Lets Ryde will drop off the bike or hand it over to the delivery boy at the time of delivery or Security Deposit amount is to be paid in cash at the time of drop off. In case of non-payment the order stands cancelled and no rent refund will be issued for the same. .

Extra charges (i.e. Riding Gear, Helmets) if any have to be paid at the time of delivery. This will be discussed before the delivery. .

Refundable deposit does not include rent. It is a security deposit which takes care of damages, traffic/parking/law violations if any... .

Per Hourly charges will be applicable afterone hours of due time. And late comers should be charged 10% per hourly for each hour. .

Use of Vehicle

Only the customer is permitted to drive the vehicle and under no circumstances, no one is allowed to drive the vehicle.

The customer / riderneeds to be of minimum age of Legal Driving License. Orders will be cancelled with no rent refund in case the rider is underage as per the clause.

Below mentioned documents needs to be verified in original of each rider. Document 2 will be deposited at the time of pickup and returned during drop off. In case of failure to furnish the documents, order stands cancelled. No rent refund would be issued in such cases.
Document 1 – Driving License
Document 2 – PAN, Passport, Election Card, Aadhaar Card, ID Issued by Central or State Govt. (Any one of the following).

No other than Customer is allowed to pick up or drop off the vehicle. It is mandatory to bring your original License, Photo Id (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Valid Passport), Cheque book along with copy of last three months updated bank statement of the same account.After making a successful booking the customer has to send his ID proof and bank statement and cheque details by email within 24 hours after making a successfulbooking. Also a booking has to be made at least 48 Hrs. before taking the delivery of the bike

The Vehicle can only be used in the Delhi NCR region if the Customer is using the vehicle beyond the area then the same shall be intimated in advance by writing to Let’s Ryde.

Customer is responsible for his insurance; Let’s Ryde will not be responsible for any accidental expenses of Rider.

The customer shall use the bike entirely at his/her own risk and agrees that Let’s Ryde will not accept any responsibility or be held accountable for any loss, injury or death as a result of, or leading from the hire of any of the vehicles.

The bike shall be returned back to Let’s Ryde in the same condition in which it was handed over to customer.

Customer is responsible for any traffic violations incurred due to your use of a rented vehicle. Let’s Ryde is not liable for any costs from any such violation. You must report such violations to Let’s Ryde’s Representative as soon as possible.

Customer should respect and follow Traffic rules and regulation. All Challans issued due to rider negligence needs to be paid in full to the penalizing authority.

Delivery process

Customer has to be present at the agreed date, place and time.

Delivered Bike cannot be rejected after handover. Once accepted by Customer, vehicle will not be returned before agreed contract period. Customer should do quality test of bike before he accepts bike from Let’s Ryde.

Though we do quality checks at our end before delivery, customer is expected to see if there are any damages and report the same to representative of Let’s Ryde and photos shall be captured of the same.

One signed copy of the contract is to be kept by each party.

Photos of Customer will be taken with the Bike delivered for our records.

Pick-up process

Customer has to inform Let’s Ryde one day prior to the end of the contract if he wants to extend or close the contract.

While Extension of contract advance payment should be done otherwise 25% additional charges of day rent will be applicable in addition to daily rent.

Pick-up date will be mutually decided by customer and Let’s Ryde. But pick up time remain the same as decided by the company / Let’s Ryde.

Customer has to be present at the agreed date and time.

Photos taken at the time of delivery will be matched to ascertain damages if any.

Damage policy

The Customer agrees to pay for any damage to, loss of, or any theft (disappearance) of parts of bike, regardless of cause or fault. Item damaged beyond repair will be paid for at its Market Price.

The representative shall check the bike and its parts in order to ascertain any damage to items. Damage shall be defined as follows:

Any damage which existed prior to the handover of the Motorbike and was agreed between the customer and Let’s Ryde will not be chargeable to the Customer.

Tear in seat cover will result in charge towards replacement of seat cover. Opening up a stitched joint will not be chargeable.

The extent of damage would be ascertained by comparing against the quality control document signed by the Customer and photographs taken on delivery.

Any variation showing damages, if ascertained as not caused by normal wear and tear, would be charged and would have to be borne by the Customer.

Ainspection report (QC report) will be created on the spot and a copy will be handed over to the client.

In case of damage to the motorcycle due to accident/mishandling/carelessness necessary deduction will be made from the Security Deposit at the sole discretion of the Let’s Ryde. In case the repair amount is greater than security deposit, customer is liable to pay the additional amount

Refund policy

At the time of pick-up, a damage report will be generated as per damage policy. A clean chit or list of damages will be handed over to customer by representative of Let’s Ryde.

Once the items are at premises of Let’s Ryde, they will undergo quality checks to determine the repair cost. Repair cost shall be adjusted and the balance amount from refundable deposit will be deposited to customer’s account. Refundablesss amount will be transferred back to the customer account after we do the evaluation of the damages.

Refund of Refundable deposit will be initiated in 7 days. This lead time is required to know if customer has violated any traffic laws or committed any crime. If any it will be registered against the vehicle registration number.

Breakdown during journey needs to be informed immediately to the vendor before repair. After authorization, the customer can go ahead with the repair. In such cases amount would be reimbursed to customer only on presenting original printed Invoice.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are highly recommended to insure availability and the preferred motorcycle of your choice.

No cancellation charges applicable if you cancel 10 days prior to delivery date, 10% of booking amount will be deducted if cancelled 7 days prior to delivery date, 30% of booking amount will be deducted if cancelled between7 days to 4 days to delivery date, 50% of booking amount will be deducted if cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date and 70% of booking amount will be deducted in case of cancellation done between 48 hours to 24 hours and no refund in case of no show.

Rescheduling of dates or times is possible with 300 INR prior to 3 day / 72 hours’ notice which is restricted to two times.

No credit refunds for early returns, unused portion of rental, late pick-ups or undesirable weather conditions.

Additional terms and conditions for motorcycle rally week and rally dates only.

Motorcycles will be held for 60 minutes only beyond scheduled time and subjected to company terms and conditions.

10% per hour or portion thereof will be charged to your credit card for late returns commencing 60 minutes after scheduled time.

Prohibited Uses

The use of a Let’s Ryde’s vehicle under the following conditions is prohibited:

Any speed race or competition, for the purpose of towing, pushing, or propelling any trailer or any other vehicle, prohibited for the primary business purpose of transporting people or operating a taxi service;

By any person who is under the influence of (i) alcohol or (ii) any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended.

In the carrying out of any crime or any other illegal activity.

The customer is not authorized to lend the bike to any person without informing Let’s Ryde. In such cases the customer needs to verify documents of the additional rider before start of the trip. Failure to do so would attract a penalty of Rs. 1000.

Let’s Ryde will not be responsible to compensate for any mishappenings or consequences in such cases. No refund of security deposit would be made to discourage riders from attempting the same.

Fuel Policy

Vehicle should be returned with completely filled fuel tank.

Helmet Policy

One helmet will be given complimentary along with the bike.

Pillion's helmet will not be chargeable but depends upon the availability.

In case of Damage/ loss of helmet the customer is liable to pay a fine of Rs. 1000
